# Account Management

### Organization profile

Owners set the organization profile in Settings:

* Organization name
* Organization logo
* Organization email

The name and logo appear across Prime and on receive requests.

### Defaults

Two defaults are applied to every new payout:

* Default delivery method, either Confidential Settlement or Direct to wallet
* Default network

Defaults save the team from repeating the same two choices on every payment. They can still be changed per payout.

### The connected wallet

The organization wallet is connected by the Owner and is the account's control layer. Account level settings, including the connected wallet, are available to Owners only.

### What each role sees

* An Owner with the wallet connected sees live balances, read from the chain and from the Hinkal contract.
* A Member sees the balances recorded on the organization account, so payouts can be prepared while the Owner is away.
