### Invite requests

A Member can put forward someone new. The request appears in a separate list showing who is being added and who asked for it. An Owner approves or rejects it. Nobody joins the organization without Owner approval.

### Removing access

An Owner can remove a member or withdraw an outstanding invitation at any time. Members never hold keys, so removing access takes effect immediately and no funds have to be moved.
